Refund Policy
What is refundable and what is not, published before you pay — including the three circumstances in which we refund you in full.
Refund Policy
MOHAMMAD SAMAD LLC, trading as REWARDED · Last updated: 2026-09-28
This is the whole policy, published before you pay rather than after. Where it differs from the Statement of Work you sign, the Statement of Work governs — but it should not differ, and if it does, tell us and we will fix it.
1. What you are buying, and why that shapes the refund
Every campaign has two parts, and they are refundable on different terms because they are different things:
| What it is | Refundable? | |
|---|---|---|
| Management fee | Our work: building the campaign, writing the brief, recruiting and vetting clippers for your niche, verifying every view, reviewing every clip, and reporting to you | Non-refundable once we deliver your campaign brief |
| Clipper pool | Money earmarked for clippers, paid out at a fixed rate per 1,000 verified views. We take no percentage of it | Refundable in full to the extent it is unspent |
Both are paid 100% upfront, before anything starts. We do not begin work, and we commit no pool money, until funds clear.
Why the fee is non-refundable at brief delivery. By that point the work is done and it is not recoverable — the research, the brief and the clipper recruitment for your niche have all happened. That is the honest cut-off, so it is the one we publish. We do not pretend it is refundable and then argue about it later.
Why the pool is fully refundable. It was never ours. If clippers do not earn it, you get it back.
2. Before we deliver the brief: full refund, no questions
Change your mind after paying but before we send you the campaign brief, and you get 100% back, including the management fee, within 10 business days. You do not need a reason.
This is not generosity, it is the correct answer: if we have not delivered anything, we have not earned anything.
3. After the brief, while the campaign runs
The management fee is earned. The pool is still yours until a clipper earns it.
You can stop a campaign at any time, in writing. When you do:
- Clips already published keep accruing their 30-day tracking window, and clippers are paid for views already earned — we will not stop a clipper's earnings mid-clip to increase your refund. That is not a policy we are willing to have
- Everything left in the pool after those commitments is refunded within 30 days
- The management fee is not refunded
4. If the campaign ends with pool left over
This is the common case, and it is not a failure — it means views cost less than budgeted.
If the submission deadline passes with pool remaining, you choose one, in writing, within 14 days:
- (a) Extension — the deadline extends by up to 30 days at no extra cost, and the remaining pool keeps working
- (b) Rollover — the unspent pool credits against a future campaign, valid 6 months
- (c) Refund — the unspent pool is returned within 30 days
If you do not choose within 14 days, we default to (b), rollover. We are telling you that here, before you pay, rather than burying it — and you can switch a rollover to a refund at any point in those 6 months by asking.
5. What is not a refund event
Being straight about this before you pay is worth more than a soft policy you would discover later.
- Views below what you hoped for. We sell the operation of a campaign at a fixed price per 1,000 verified views. We do not guarantee a view total, and nobody honestly can — platform algorithms and audience response are not ours to control. What we guarantee is that you are only ever billed for views that actually happened and that we can prove, and that every unspent dollar comes back to you under §4. A campaign that underperforms costs you less; it does not cost you nothing
- Views we cannot verify. Where a platform gives us no usable view figure, those views are not counted, not billed, and not paid. Today that means only YouTube views are billable. TikTok, Instagram and X views are tracked and shown to you, but never charged. You are told this before you sign, not at invoice
- Clips removed by a platform before their tracking window closes. Those views stop counting from removal. We do not bill for them
- A change of mind about the niche, the footage or the creative direction after the brief is delivered. We will rework the brief once at no charge because that is reasonable; it is not a refund
- Chargebacks. If you have a problem, email us. We would genuinely rather refund you than fight a card dispute, and §2 and §4 mean there is almost always a legitimate route to your money
6. If we are the ones at fault
If we fail to run the campaign we sold you — no clips delivered, no reporting, no contact — you get everything back, fee included. We do not hide behind §1 when the failure is ours.
Specifically, you are entitled to a full refund if, after the brief is delivered and through no act of yours:
- no clip is published within 21 days of campaign start, or
- we miss two consecutive scheduled reports, or
- we bill you for views we cannot evidence when you ask us to prove them
That third one is worth reading twice. Every figure we invoice traces to a timestamped reading with the platform's own response stored beside it, and you can ask for that record at any time and we will send it. A number we cannot substantiate is a number you do not pay for.
7. How to ask
Email samadmohammad606@gmail.com with your campaign name. No form, no portal ticket, no retention call.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days
- Refunds go back by the method you paid, usually within 10 business days under §2 and 30 days under §3, §4 and §6
- Card fees charged by our payment processor are not deducted from your refund — we absorb them
