Terms of Use
Use of the site and the portal: accounts, acceptable use, the numbers we show you, and the limits. Anything about money is governed by the signed agreement, not by this.
Terms of Use
MOHAMMAD SAMAD LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, of c/o Republic Registered Agent LLC, 5830 E 2nd St Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, USA, trading as REWARDED ("REWARDED", "we", "us")
Last updated: 2026-09-28 · Contact: samadmohammad606@gmail.com
These terms cover rewarded.agency and app.rewarded.agency ("the Site"). By using either, you agree to them. If you do not, stop using the Site — that is the whole consequence.
1. What these terms are not
This document does not set the terms of any money we owe you or you owe us. Those live in:
- Statement of Work — if you are a client paying for a campaign
- Clipper Agreement — if you clip for us
- Content Licence — if you are licensing footage to us
Where any of those conflicts with this document, that one wins. A signed agreement about money is not overridden by website terms, and we will not argue that it is.
2. Who may use the Site
You may use the Site if you are 16 or over and can form a binding contract where you live. The portal additionally requires an account, and accounts are issued by us — there is no public sign-up for the portal. Applying is open to anyone; being accepted is not.
We may decline an application without giving a reason. We will not decline one because of who you are, where you are from, or anything else that has no bearing on the work — but we may decline because we cannot pay your country, and if that is the reason we will tell you plainly instead of going quiet.
3. Your account
- Your account is your email address. Sign-in is by a single-use code sent to it, so whoever controls that inbox controls your account. Keep it secure; tell us immediately if it is compromised
- Do not share your account or your codes. A code is for you, once
- One person, one account. Multiple accounts to get round a limit, a strike or a ban is a breach of these terms and of the clipper agreement
- You are responsible for what happens under your account
We may end a session, or disable an account, if we reasonably believe it is compromised or being misused. Disabling an account never cancels money already earned. If we owe you, we still owe you, and the record of it is preserved.
4. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Submit clips you did not create, or that you posted from an account that is not yours
- Inflate views, likes or engagement by any artificial means — bought views, bots, view exchanges, incentivised loops, or anything else whose purpose is to make a number larger than the audience. This is the one thing that ends a relationship with us immediately
- Submit the same clip twice, or the same clip to two campaigns
- Attempt to access another user's data, guess record addresses, probe for vulnerabilities without telling us, or interfere with the Site's operation
- Scrape the Site, or use automated tools against it, beyond ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages
- Upload or link anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone's rights
- Misrepresent a clip as being endorsed by a client beyond what the campaign brief permits, or run paid promotion on a clip without written permission
- Use the Site to break the terms of any platform you post to. TikTok's, YouTube's, Instagram's and X's own rules apply to you and we cannot waive them
On security research: if you find a vulnerability, email samadmohammad606@gmail.com and we will thank you properly and not come after you. Testing that stops at demonstrating the issue is welcome. Extracting other people's data is not.
5. The numbers we show you
Everything the portal shows about views and earnings is read from the platform's own public API and stored with a timestamp and the platform's verbatim response. We keep every reading, not just the latest, which is why you can ask us to prove any figure and get an answer rather than an assurance.
Two honest limits:
- Platform figures are the platform's. If YouTube restates a view count, our record restates with it. We show you what the platform told us, when it told us
- Some platforms give us nothing. Where a view count is not available to us, the clip is shown as tracked but not billable, and it earns nothing. Today that applies to TikTok, Instagram and X. We say so before you post, not after
Pending, projected and in-window figures are not final. The figure that gets paid is the one calculated at payout, from settled views, and it is always shown with the arithmetic written out.
6. Our content, and yours
Ours. The Site, its design, its code, the REWARDED name and the reports we produce belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal use of the Site.
Yours. Your clips are yours. We do not claim ownership of anything you make. What we get is set out in the clipper agreement — the right to point at it, report on it, and show it to the client it was made for.
Our clients'. Source footage in a campaign belongs to the client and is licensed to you only for that campaign, on the terms in the brief. That licence ends when the campaign does. Reusing a client's footage afterwards, or for anyone else, is an infringement of their rights and not just a breach of ours.
If you think something on the Site infringes your rights, email samadmohammad606@gmail.com with enough detail to identify it and we will act promptly.
7. Availability
We intend the portal to be available continuously and we back it up continuously off-machine. We do not promise an uptime figure, and you should not rely on the Site being reachable at a particular moment.
What we do commit to: an outage never changes what you have earned. Views accrue on the platform, not in our portal, and the record is reconstructed from the platform when we come back. A submission deadline you miss because the portal was down is not held against you — tell us and we will accept the clip.
We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If a change affects money or a published rule, you will be told before it takes effect — see §9.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The Site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the Site itself.
Nothing here limits:
- our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
- anything we owe you under a signed agreement. Money earned is a debt, not a Site feature, and this section does not touch it
- any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to the greater of (a) amounts we owe you or you have paid us under a signed agreement in the 12 months before the claim, and (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or anticipated views.
9. Changes to these terms, and to published rules
We may change these terms. If a change is material — anything affecting your money, your standing, or a rule we enforce — we will email every account holder before it takes effect, and it will not apply retroactively to work already submitted.
That last point is a deliberate commitment and it is also in the clipper agreement: a rule change never reaches back and reduces what an already-published clip earns. Minor changes take effect when we update the date at the top.
10. Ending it
You can stop using the Site whenever you like, and ask us to close your account and delete your data — see the Privacy Policy for what we can and cannot delete.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Where the breach is serious — view fraud above all — we may do it immediately and without notice. Otherwise we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it.
On the way out: money you have earned is still paid, on the normal schedule, and the record of how it was calculated remains available to you. Banning someone and keeping their money are separate acts, and we do not do the second. The one exception is set out in the clipper agreement: verified view fraud forfeits the earnings from the fraudulent clips, and that decision is always taken by a person, never by a script.
11. The legal bits
- Governing law: the State of Wyoming, USA, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a consumer-protection law where you live gives you a right to your own courts
- No agency or partnership is created by your use of the Site. Clippers are independent contractors, as set out in the clipper agreement
- Severability: if a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands
- No waiver: if we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given it up
- Entire agreement regarding the Site, alongside the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice — and subordinate to any signed agreement between us, per §1
- Notices to us go to samadmohammad606@gmail.com. Notices to you go to the email on your account
